School-based services are an important part of many children's support systems, but they aren't the only resource available to families. Some children benefit from additional time to work on specific goals, more individualized attention, or opportunities to practice skills outside the classroom. Parents may also want a more active role in understanding their child's progress and knowing how to support it at home.

At Spark Speech & OT, we can complement existing school services through sessions in our Darien office, at home, or in the school setting. We take the time to get to know each child, communicate directly with families, and work on goals that matter in their everyday lives. Our approach gives families another resource, another perspective, and more opportunities to support their child's development.
